KEY REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE :

• Fellow Member of the Institute of Valuers of Sri Lanka (IVSL) or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Retired Government Valuer who has worked in the capacity of a Senior Valuer or Higher Grade in the Department of Valuation of Sri Lanka. Acquired Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as approved by the Professional Body. (Preference will be given for the Valuers who work as BOC Panel B Valuers)
