Sri Lanka Excise Department invites applications for the post of Excise Inspector. You can apply to it before closing date as per the following details. Closing date and other job details are given below.
Qualifications for Education :
- should have come from a university that has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or an organization that has been approved by the UGC to provide degrees.
- should have passed the GCE O/L Exam with at least a credit in both English language and mathematics.
Physical Requirements :
- must be at least 5 feet 06 inches tall (without shoes) and have a chest that is at least 33 inches (without expansion).
- Should have visual acuity of at least 6/6 and 6/12 without glasses or contact lenses, including vision for goods recognition.
- must be intellectually and physically capable of working anywhere on the island.
Age Limit :
- be at least 21 years old and no older than 35 as on December 7, 2026.
- Graduates can apply for departmental positions in the Excise Department at any age.
